This Privacy Policy explains what information P2Trades("we", "us") collects when you use the site, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using P2Trades, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

• Steam account data.When you sign in through Steam's OpenID service we receive your public SteamID, display name, and avatar. We never see or store your Steam password.
• Trade offer link. If you save your Steam trade offer link, we store it and show it to other users so they can send you trade offers.
• Inventory and listing data. When you create a listing we store the public details of the CS2 items involved (name, image, wear, float value) so the listing can be displayed to other users.
• Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider processes standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) to operate and secure the service.

How we use your information

• To operate the marketplace: showing your listings and profile to other traders.
• To keep you signed in via a session cookie.
• To prevent abuse and keep the platform safe.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

We use an essential, encrypted session cookie to keep you signed in. Third parties listed below may also set cookies as described in their own policies.

Advertising

We may display ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use advertising cookies (including the DoubleClick cookie) to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising in Google's Ads Settings or at aboutads.info. Where required (for example in the EEA and UK), a consent banner will ask for your permission before advertising cookies are used.

Third-party services

• Steam (Valve Corporation) — sign-in, inventory data, and trade offers are provided by Steam under Valve's privacy policy.
• Price data providers — indicative item prices are sourced from public market price feeds; no personal data is shared with them.
• Hosting — the site is served by our hosting provider, which processes technical logs on our behalf.

Data retention and deletion

Your account data is kept while your account is active. If you want your account and associated data deleted, email us at p2tradestr@gmail.com and we will remove it within a reasonable time.

Children

P2Trades is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest revision; significant changes will be announced on the site.
