These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of P2Trades. By signing in or using the site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What P2Trades is

P2Tradesis a listing platform that connects Counter-Strike 2 players who want to trade skins with each other. All trades are executed exclusively through Steam's own trade offer system. P2Trades is not a party to any trade, does not take custody of items, does not act as an escrow, and does not charge fees or commissions on trades.

2. Your account

You sign in with your own Steam account via Steam's OpenID service.
You are responsible for the security of your Steam account and trade link.
You must comply with Steam's own Subscriber Agreement and trade rules.

3. Acceptable use

When using P2Trades you agree not to:

Attempt to scam, defraud, or mislead other users in any way.
Create listings for items you do not own or cannot trade.
Use the site for money laundering or any illegal activity.
Scrape, overload, or attempt to disrupt the service or its APIs.
Impersonate other users or P2Trades staff.

We may remove listings or suspend accounts that violate these rules, at our sole discretion.

4. Trades are your responsibility

Item values shown on the site are indicative estimates from public price feeds and are not guaranteed. Always verify the contents of a Steam trade offer inside Steam before accepting it. Trades completed on Steam are generally irreversible; P2Trades cannot reverse, mediate, or compensate for trades.

5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, P2Trades is not liable for any losses arising from trades between users, Steam outages, price inaccuracies, or your use of the site.

6. Not affiliated with Valve

P2Trades is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation. Counter-Strike and Steam are trademarks of Valve Corporation.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
