FAQ

Where do the prices come from?

Prices are Buff163 market prices converted to USD, refreshed daily. They're a reference for fair value, not a guarantee — rare patterns, low floats and stickers can push real trade value above the list price.

What does the overpay percentage mean?

It's how much more one side is worth than the other, relative to the smaller side. In CS2 trading, the person receiving a single high-value item (a knife or gloves) usually expects the other side to overpay by 5–15% in lower-value skins.

Can I check a specific float or Doppler phase?

The calculator uses the base market price per skin and wear. For Doppler phases, Case Hardened patterns and Fade percentages, see our guides — those items trade well above the base price.
